Blogging is such a great way to keep in touch with long lost friends and for our families to see what we are up to on a regular basis...but unfortunately, its also a way to be "watched" by people we don't know or care to have our information.
So...its that time...time to go private. Like many of our friends, we are having to protect ourselves. BUT...we hope it doesn't interfere with our friends communications.

Grrr. I love you just as much. But I almost never check private blogs. Mostly just because I can't put them on my google reader. I'll try to make an effort! Keep commenting on mine and it should remind me. I think you have my email.

Totally understood. I've been debating doing the same thing. For now I'm still just keeping myself in denial that there are stalker people out there who may potentially ever find an interest in my blog and bother reading it. :) Anyway, if I'm not on that email list... you're in big trouble missy! I am right there with ya. Actually I started out with a private blog and then de-activated it. That was til I had some weird comment by a complete stranger put on my blog. So yes, we are back to private status ourselves. What it comes down to is your safety and if your friends really want to keep in touch, they will make the effort:) I know I will for you....

Email me an invite so I can still view your blog. Good luck with the move. How fun you are going back to California. The only advice I could give with selling a home is to make sure it is clean all the time and maybe that you arrange each room to show the maximum space they have.
